The Village of Deer Park will be hosting Arbor Day on Saturday April 27th at the Vehe Barm 10-Noon.

The Village of Deer Park is asking you to
VOTE in the General Election on March 19th.
We are asking our residents to vote on the Referendum – regarding whether to continue with current Sales Tax of 8.00% or allow it to expire on June 1st 2024 and return to 7.50%.

Lake County DOT has provided the following update
Be aware, on Ela Rd and Long Grove Rd, Nicor is planning on doing tie-ins for their new main on Tuesday, 10/24.
This work will include a purging of the new main and an aerial release of natural gas. This work should conclude late on Tuesday, and the smell of the gas will dissipate quickly.
The utility relocations will continue into the winter. Nicor is close to finishing, but AT&T and Verizon still have lines to relocate. The intersection improvement work will begin in early spring.

Dover Pond Egg Hunt

EGG HUNT & some play time.
Enjoy some light refreshments. Just bring a basket and get ready to have some fun! If your child(ren) will participate, we are asking that you provide 10 filled eggs per child. Please drop off your filled eggs at the Bell home at 22688 Doncaster Circle by Friday April 7th. If no one is home, please leave the items in the mailbox. We hope you can join us for some springtime fun! When RSVPing, please include the number of kids that will participate in the egg hunt. If anyone would like to help with the event, please let us know!
